In December 2007, specTra and one of its investors acquired 50% of the shares in titus GmbH (Titus), Münster, from the founding family as part of a capital increase.

Titus is the leading multi-channel retail company for skateboard articles and target group-specific lifestyle clothing and sells its products mainly through online retail and in over 40 stores and outlets, some of which are operated by franchise partners.

In addition to the web shop, so-called magalogues (combination of magazine and catalog) and special flyers inform target customers several times a year about current offers in the range.

For years, Titus was the host of the Skateboard World Championships and is still running competitions today, such as the Local Heros Championships.

Titus GmbH generates annual sales of over € 20 million and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2018.

In 2015, the shares held by specTra were sold to the founding family as part of an owner buy-out.

The company has developed steadily and is well positioned to compete in the industry.
