Krallmann GmbH
In May 2008, specTra and other investors participated in a succession plan and to acquire Interbros GmbH, a subsidiary of Gerresheimer Wilden AG (see there), in Krallmann GmbH (formerly Krallmann Holding und Verwaltungs GmbH).
Krallmann and its subsidiaries are active in the field of high-precision toolmaking (Gebr. Krallmann GmbH) and multi-component plastic injection molding (Krallmann Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH).
When specTra joined the company, it had around 400 employees and generated sales of around € 40 million.
In November 2011, the Krallmann Group separated by selling all of Interbros' shares to a Japanese group of companies in the oral care sector.
SpecTra had successfully completed the strategic and operational realignment of Interbros by taking over active management after almost 4 years.
In 2017, the majority of Krallmann was sold to a consortium of private investors, who in turn sold the company to Heinze Gruppe GmbH, Herford.
specTra and its shareholders continue to hold a minority stake.
