Interbros was taken over by Gerresheimer Wilden AG as part of an asset deal.

Krallmann took over all assets in 2008 and strategically realigned the company. Technological unique selling points were developed and consistently marketed.

The traditional company has been manufacturing brushes for 175 years and is one of the largest independent toothbrush producers in Europe.

Not least due to the know-how of the Krallmann Group, processes in the area of injection molding and tool stability could be significantly increased and thus enable extremely successful business development.

The company was taken over in 2011 by one of the largest customers who, in contrast to Krallmann, was able to enable the marketing of the patented solutions and technologies globally and thus advocated further, disproportionate growth for the company.
