specTra is an owner-managed investment company that was founded in January 2005.

For over 15 years we have been investing in medium-sized companies from different industries and corporate situations.

We invest together with a select group of wealthy private investors and family offices, with whom investment opportunities on a single transaction basis (so-called deal by deal investments or club deals) are carried out exclusively.

We are not subject to any investment or selling pressure, as is usually the case with investment funds, but instead pursue a strongly entrepreneurial approach.

We have many years of experience in the relevant areas of competence in the context of company takeovers.

Through the management of medium-sized companies as managing directors and owners, we can also fall back on the experience from the operational management of companies.

We actively look after our investments. We do this as a partner of the management from advisory board mandates, in special projects on site and possibly also temporarily in management functions in the companies.
