Krallmann and its subsidiaries are active in the field of high-precision toolmaking (Gebr. Krallmann GmbH) and multi-component plastic injection molding (Krallmann Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH).

At the time of specTra’s entry, the company employed approximately 400 people and generated sales of approximately €40 million.

In 2017, a majority stake in Krallmann was sold to a consortium of private investors, who in turn resold the company to Heinze Gruppe GmbH, Herford.

specTra and its shareholders continued to hold a minority stake.
