About Us
For more than 15 years we have been investing in medium-sized companies from different industries and business situations
As an entrepreneurial and owner-managed investment company, we have been investing with a select group of wealthy private investors and family offices since 2005 (so-called deal by deal investments or club deals). We take into account the individual interests of our partners and invite them on a case-by-case basis to realize transactions with us.
Our Focus
Our focus is on the acquisition of companies with sales between € 5 million and € 25 million p.a. in promising markets with realizable growth potentials.
We invest in medium-sized companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland and focus on companies with sales between € 5 million and € 25 million p.a.. The companies should have an established business model and a good competitive position in a promising market environment with corresponding products or services and show significant growth potential. We do not have a particular industry focus here. The different situations are too diverse and interesting. However, we focus on companies in more mature phases. We are particularly interested in entrepreneurially challenging initial situations. These include unresolved successions, spin-offs/carve-outs and special situations with operational and/or financial improvement potential.

01 What we stand for
We have been acquiring or investing in companies for over 15 years. We do this with a strongly entrepreneurial DNA. We take personal responsibility on site, for the company and the employees. We have been able to gain intensive operational experience in the companies in which we have invested. As managing directors on site, as shareholders from advisory board positions and in special projects. Empathy for the people, for the sometimes special situations after a change of shareholders and for the interests of all stakeholders, are an essential focus of our work. 02 What makes us different
The majority of private equity companies are financed by funds that often manage and invest large assets of institutional investors (pension funds, university endowments, insurance companies, etc.). The term of these funds, in which the money is invested and then has to be returned to the investors, is usually 10-12 years. Accordingly, the holding period of the investments is usually a few years. This is what differentiates us! We invest with private assets of entrepreneurial families without a predefined investment or exit horizon. Often these partners invest without the intention to sell a company, but to keep and develop it for future generations.
03 What you can expect
Corporate transactions usually take place under great time pressure. However, we take the time that an individual investment requires. We want to get to know you and your company. Above all, we are interested in the people behind it. But of course we are also interested in the facts, i.e. your strategy, the product mix or your services, the customers and suppliers, the market and competition, and of course the underlying figures and legal framework. The topics of environment and sustainability have a special focus. The challenges of the next few years in these areas are extraordinary. The increasing need for digitalization and global networking are further major tasks that companies must face. We work with a network of experienced specialists who support us in these topics.
